Cleveland Police Shoot Driver For Right Turn – Links in the description
Cleveland police officer Vincent Montague shoots unarmed driver. Officer Montague shot driver he suspected of OVI after making mistaken right turn onto believed one way street.
Montague then jumps in front of the driver’s range rover as he backed up to continue straight. Montague points weapon and tries to take the keys while yelling at the driver before firing a shot.
Witnesses video taping and observing were then harassed and arrested by Cleveland police officers and prevented from filming the scene by officers creating perimeters with their vehicles.
