Ohio Governor John Kasich Gives $50-million to Beautify Rich Lakefront & needs $621 Million For Park Upgrades
While, $621 Million For Park Upgrades needed, John Kasich will give $110.1 million to start needed park upgrades.
First is the luxurious the west bank of Buckeye Lake. $50 million will be given on this project to fix an unsightly damn reservoir near the lake of the rich establishment vacation homes.
Last year, Governor Kasich clamored on about the misnomer of government overspending and the austerity measures needed which cut over 1.9 billion dollars from local governments and education in the 2013 budget for State of Ohio budget which he passed into law.
Yet, Governor Kasich sees fit to extend spending into frivolous areas like rich lake fronts and parks that will add to the burden of student loan debt and brown outs for local police, fire and governments.
Doesn’t that stink like a broken park latrine?
Update: Prices on homes in Zillow show a few sale prices range from 56K – 650K. These still might be under valued prices on Zillow.
