KY Sheriff’s Deputy Jumps Onto Hood & Kills Woman

New video emerges in the shooting investigation of Boone County Sheriff’s Deputy Tyler Brockman.

The 28-yo old veteran K9 deputy Brockman’s fateful late night encounter with the car driven by 19-yo Samantha Ramsey changed forever the lives of two families involved.

By now the area known as the local party hangout spot, the field near where Ramsey died will likely have a small memorial tribute to Samantha.

Brockman’s training told him to step out in front of a moving car. While trying to assess Ramsey to stop her vehicle, something else happened that landed him onto Ramsey’s car hood.

Brockman’s fear propelled his law enforcement training to react. His reaction led to a senseless killing that ended Samantha Ramsey’s life cut too short, when four shots were fired from his service weapon

However, in stunned disbelief, friends who witnessed the actions of Brockman tell a different story. One where the officer jumped onto the vehicle.

“She wasn’t even going fast. She was just easing along like,” Isiah Edwards told news5 “He jumped on top of the car and started shooting at her.”

Ramsey’s life is a beacon of love and light to all she knew.

“She’s my angel. She would absolutely light up an entire room. I don’t care how bad of a day you were having, she’d come in and crack jokes and make you have a better day,” Brandi Stewart told news 5.

Police jumping onto the hoods of moving cars that involve shooting happen more often than the public realize.

There are many of these questionable police out on video. Yet there is no statistical data collected by the FBI on how and when law enforcement officers kill and now Brandi Stewart ‘wants to know what happened.’

“She stopped for a second but then she kept moving” Ibrahim Komate explained to news 5 “Then as she kept moving that’s when the cop jumped on top of the car. He just opened fire”

Brockman is on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.

  2. 108 says:

That deputy should be drawn and quartered over a 72 hour period, while being slowly BBQed by a bed of hot coals, just far enough away from his body to keep him alive until his limbs are finally ripped away from his torso… then be slowly roasted burned alive by the coals.

  3. Hi there! This post couldn’t be written any better! Looking at this article reminds me of my previous roommate! He continually kept talking about this. I am going to send this article to him. Fairly certain he will have a very good read. I appreciate you for sharing!|
