“Columbus-based criminal defense attorney Javier Armengau, 52, has been accused by five different women of sexual misconduct and stands trial on charges of rape, sexual battery, gross sexual imposition, kidnapping and public indecency.” – New York Daily News, By Sasha Goldstein.
One victim this time was a mother and will remain unnamed to protect her identity.
Armengau and Frye both denied any knowledge or roll in rape.
When groups of sexual predators work together, they can accomplish and groom more victims.
As appalling as the United States Justice system in parts of the nation are, the example of these five women should have been on every television in America.
However, we have a lazy media and bereft criminal justice system that finds these events unremarkable.
This travesty of justice is only left more speechless by the fact the Ohio House Bill 351 would further leave silent the voices of rape victims by removing their right to reproductive health care.
Chauvinist attitudes of men who write the laws and talk of justice in the State of Ohio show advanced levels of contempt toward the women of main street in broad daylight of the highest political chambers. Those same representatives would rob women of the right to choose for themselves the direction their lives would take in the face of rape, incest and abnormal birth developments.
