Canadian cyber bullying bill C-13 “Protecting Canadians from Online Crime Act,” seeks to circumvent civil rights and privacy of all Canadians.
“Canadian Civil Liberties Association Cara Zwibel told Members of Parliament. She added that those changes were “inappropriate.”
The bill introduces the definition ‘computer program’ to do either of those things.
“‘Computer program’ means computer data representing instructions or statements that, when executed in a computer system, causes the computer system to perform a function,” the bill states. ” – Russia Today.
It will do little to protect users and open the floodgates for vulnerabilities of: phishing scams, stolen data, theft of personal information, theft of identity, credit and banking.
This bill will mandate that software / malware and GPS tracking devices on all electronics for government means of eavesdropping and monitoring the whereabouts of users.
These panopticon surveillance products will be utilized by advertisers to market commercial products through the government gathered by metadata.
Large multinational corporations feel the general public does not have the right to be entitled to privacy over their profits in the private lives of them and their children.
All meta data enables the right of multinational corporations to bully and harass you and your family.
In an unceasing world of struggling advertisers who market products for sale, shortens the gap between insults from society to your family when you do not intend to purchase an item making you a social outcast.
This is not unlike the scene from the musical “The WIZ,” when the Great and Powerful OZ tells the emerald city endlessly what, when and how much to buy.
